The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fantastic and amazing, with great coffee served from a Nespresso machine. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to a main shopping street where you could easily walk to for shopping.

Our stay was excellent... Our conceirge was fabulous (Gavin) and we enjoyed everything accept the bed... which was terribly uncomfortble -- it felt like a box spring with no mattress!

Very good location and very nice room decor at the Landmark Rooms.
Informing the patrons on what's going on at the hotel was rather poor. The hotel staff didn't inform, when they offered a room, that in that building they had a renovation going on. As a result I had to more to another room in a different building after the noise became excessive. It would be nice to have something like "Sorry for inconvenience...." message first of all. I wouldn't have chosen that building in the first place.

Our recent stay at Hotel Nuo Forbidden City was absolutely delightful. We were in Beijing for three nights and found the hotel to be the perfect base for exploring the city. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and major attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with two large and cozy beds. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious Western and Chinese dishes. We especially appreciated the little Easter surprises, such as the chocolate eggs and nests. The staff, particularly the concierge, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
I do recommend this hotel.

Concierge was sincere and very helpful. They were flexi and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good fresh juices and great espressos!
We were checked in to a room where there was water leaking from the window. There was a very bad downpour. After reporting, There was no followup or a note to inform the window was temporarily fixed with a tape. Neither an option to change room- that would have nice.

During my stay at Beijing Hotel Nuo Forbidden City, I was blown away by the level of service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular incident stood out to me - when I arrived late at night, they quickly checked me in despite the hour and even accommodated my request for an early check-in. This level of flexibility and customer care was truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the iconic attractions of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing Street. The room itself was beautifully decorated, exuding a classic and lovely ambiance. I enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast banquet each morning with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I was extremely impressed by my stay at Beijing Hotel Nuo Forbidden City, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable experience in Beijing.

We arrived just before mid-day and as the hotel reception processed our details the Hotel Manager kindly spent 15 minutes with us to provide some very useful information about Beijing; shopping, sight seeing, customs, subway, food etc. Once finished we were shown our room which was very large and comfortable for us and a 2 year old. The hotel is in a great location (500m to Tiananmen Square and 300m to Wangfujing Shopping Street). Great facilities such as the gym, swimming pool and executive lounge. Will definitely pass on our experiences to others who plan to visit Beijing.
Staying in a room facing the main road was noisy. The smell of smokers in other rooms tended to make its way to our non-smoking room.

During my Thanksgiving trip to Beijing, I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in the center of the city. the location couldn't be better - close to all the key sites and attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a variety of pillow options for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices to start the day right.
The bathroom lighting could have been better, and the sink was oddly positioned, making it difficult to wash my face comfortably. the shower only had a showerhead at the top, without a hand shower.
